under the auspices of: Comune di Bagno a Ripoli/Firenze
The course is directed at teachers, parents, educators and is based on the principles of learning to write and on the joyous practice of graphomotor rhythmic-musical games and ditties, for children between 3-8 years old.
The method described in the book “per scrivere davvero” (to write really) by Barbara Probst, arises from the union between graphomotority, graphology and rhythmic-musical education, promotes the learning of writing and keeps alive the innate enthusiasm of the child. Furthermore it gives a fundamental support for children with difficulties in the field of dyslexia and dysgraphia. The method is based on three stages of learning that are connected to each other and allow a gradual approach to face the various difficulties of the writing mechanics and organisation of the gesture on the sheet space. Music is an important supporting thee learning process, it refines the listening and the sense of rhythm, involves the child emotionally and fosters union in the class group.
The program can be expanded and adapted to the needs of the participants depending on their professional knowledge and the school’s situation.
