Individual Energy therapy

The individual Energy therapy is a new psychological approach centered on the body and its natural resources.Based on the holistic principles of global healing, it involves the perception of the inner world of physical emotions and sensations and uses in particular the model of the Archetypes of the soul  and the energetic modalities  of expansion and regression of Lightwork and Family constellations. The individual therapeutic work with energy releases emotional tensions and blocks, and fosters the ability of introspection to look inside with attention and awareness. In a state of of principles of global healing in particular the enacting modalities of expansion and regression of Lightwork, Working with energy releases tensions and emotional blocks and activates the ability to look within with awareness.in an atmosphere of trust and safety, unresolved  physical and psychological traumas such as separation, violence, mourning and loneliness can emerge and be elaborated. Through an energetic process these difficult situations are elaborated and integrated, gradually freeing from the connected disorders such as states of anxiety, panic attacks, depression and insomnia. The willingness to observe and accept the inner reality as a part of our growth allows one to see oneself, and life, from a different perspective, thus activating new information and inner images of healing that relax the body and mind. Each session ends with the experiencing of a new self-awareness and deepens the trust and the sense of connection with the spiritual dimension.
